The Honest Kitchen - Keen (turkey based, low gluten)

Keen, by The Honest Kitchen, is intended to be a very cost effective yet incredibly healthy food. Like all of Honest Kitchen's products, it can be fed on its own or you can add 50% of your own food from home. Turkey based and low in gluten, Keen is made with entirely human grade incredients and is intended to provide good solid nutrition for penny conscious hounds and in today's economy this is essential!

Lower in cost without compromising values, Keen is made with a `down to earth` ingredients list that provides great low-gluten nutrition, at an affordable price. Keen is guaranteed human grade, wholesome, balanced - and free of artificial additives, by-products or fillers of any kind. We especially like Keen because of its use for those dogs who have compromised livers (liver disease, chronic active hepatitis, etc) as the oatmeal is an essential portion of any liver sparing diet.

Here at K9 Raw Diet we use The Honest Kitchen as emergency food (which includes "oops I forgot to defrost dinner") and we use it for travel. You just can't get any more convenient.

Add water and pour! Each container will make approximately 4 times its weight in fresh food when rehydrated. Whoo ya. For every cup of dry Honest Kitchen you want to add about 1 - 1 1/2 cups of water. How much water you add depends on how your dog likes his food but all you need to do is experiment a little and you can't go wrong. Mix the food well, let it sit for about 5 - 10 minutes and feed.
