Orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. We will then contact you to verify your address and arrange the best time for delivery. It is mandatory that someone is home to receive frozen food items. Because K9 Raw Diet realises that working people can have fluctuating schedules, we are flexible with respect to our delivery times.

If placing your order through email, we will contact you to verify the order, verify your address, provide you with the total costs and to arrange the best time for delivery. A copy of your receipt will be included with the delivery of your order. Please note that sometimes email gets lost in cyberspace for reasons known only to the cyberdawgs. If you have not received a response within 24 hours, please call us at 818-888-6983.

In order to qualify for free delivery, your order must be a minimum of $150.Bell Canyon, West Hills and Hidden Hills orders are not subject to minimum delivery charges.

If you live outside the areas listed above, please contact us for delivery information. K9 Raw Diet has scheduled deliveries into other portions of the San Fernando Valley and other areas.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to verify your order and arrange the best time for delivery. Most orders are delivered Monday through Friday. Weekend deliveries are also sometimes available with prior notice. If you do require delivery on a weekend, please place your order at the beginning of the week. K9 Raw Diet is very flexible with regard to delivery times as we understand that the people of today are extremely busy with daily lives so we will do our very best to work around your schedule.

It is mandatory that someone is home to receive all frozen food products. K9 Raw Diet abides by safe food handling practices and we would like to ensure that all frozen products are delivered straight from our freezer to yours. All frozen food products are guaranteed to arrive rock hard frozen! On rare occasions, we will make an exception and leave your order inside a cooler that you may provide in a safe place outside your home.

With prior authorisation, K9 Raw Diet will leave supplement and pet supply orders at your front door or in your mailbox. It is not mandatory that these orders are received personally. Because our climate can become rather warm, K9 Raw Diet does store all supplements in a 40 degree refrigerator and while not essential, for maximum efficacy we suggest that you keep all supplements in your refrigerator too.

All clients are strongly encouraged to read as much about feeding a raw diet for dogs as possible and each new client will receive a complimentary copy of Bravo Beginnings - a booklet by Melinda Miller that details how to safely transition your dog or cat to a raw food diet. Shipping

K9 Raw Diet does ship supplements, treats and pet supplies via USPS Priority Mail and UPS within the United States including Alaska and Hawaii and APO. Orders shipped to Canada are shipped via Global Priority Mail and Global Express. Orders paid for online or over the phone will be shipped within 24 hours.

Please note: we care about saving you money on shipping charges!Whenever we can, we will ship via USPS flat rate shipping (small or large boxes) if it will save you money. Our shopping cart cannot figure out flat rate shipping (it doesn't know how much we can fit into a box) but rest assured, we will certainly utilise this shipping option of it means you'll end up paying less.If you prepaid your shipping via Paypal, Credit Card or Google Checkout, we will refund the difference back to your account.

K9 Raw Diet purchases only vegetable based starch fill for use in cushioning our shipped items. Instead of throwing away the vegetable based starch popcorn, either recycle it or add some water and watch it disappear.Hey, it'll give you a couple of minutes of entertainment! If you happen to receive a package that has been filled with other packing materials, please note that this has been done for recycling purposes only.We at K9 Raw Diet care about the environment and never ever purchase non-biodegradable packing materials.We will also recycle vendor boxes whenever possible.

On occasion that returns need to be made, please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the product was damaged, we will refund your shipping fees to you once we receive the return. For all other reasons, we will still accept the return but K9 Raw Diet will not be responsible for the return shipping fees.

On occasion, Bulk Case Pricing is available on certain non-frozen items. Please contact us for availability and pricing on any items you wish.
